DJ Leon

House music has been a part of DJ Leon’s life for thirty years and he is still deeply fascinated by the scene. He set up his own event series ‘La Rosa’ which was resident at the sorely missed and award-winning venue, The Magic Roundabout in Shoreditch for three years.

Following the closure of The Magic Roundabout, Leon stepped back from promoting to concentrating on DJing and broadcasting. He booked gigs at many of London’s best known venues including, Ministry of Sound, Boxpark, Cargo, Traffic, The Kings Head and was billed alongside Danny Tenaglia, Mutiny, Smokin Jo, Mood II Swing and Sister Bliss.
